RATES
Memberships are automatically invoiced monthly, so let’s get your dates on the calendar! (Tips included in pricing! No need to pay extra.)
6 months of 60 minute treatments at $90 per session
12 months of 60 minute treatments at $85 per session
6 months of 120 minute treatments at $145 per session
Double up to maximize your healing and comfort
2 visits per month for 6 months at $85 per session = $900 (save $240)
Looking for weekly appointments? I am happy to honor the same 2x per month rates for folks who need additional sessions per month.
Your loyalty is rewarded as the business grows. You’ll help support the addition of specialized treatments. As a subscriber, your recommendations as to what gets added first will be prioritized.
Massage memberships take the headache out of arranging massage time. Your membership will auto renew to save you time. Once you select your favorite appointment slot, just let me know and I’ll reserve it for you. If you need to reschedule, just text at least 24 hours in advance and we can make changes – no problems – no muss – no fuss.
TERMS:
By enrolling, you agree to the following:
You will sign a paper contract detailing the terms of the membership before the start of your first appointment. The contract may provide additional terms.
Paid-In-Full Memberships:
**Members who purchase a Paid In Full Membership have access to all of their membership sessions immediately upon payment in full. These membership sessions can be used anytime as long as the membership is current and active.
Recurring Payments Memberships:
**Massages membership monthly payments are automatically debited from the member’s registered credit/debit card. The payment is debited monthly on the same day of each month as the first payment (this is the sign-up date). The monthly charges will continue automatically each month for 12 months, or until the termination of the
membership.
CANCELLING APPOINTMENT:
** You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel before the 24 hours head of your appointment. Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a charge for your session (charge varies based on length of session/membership package), as that time has been set aside specifically for you. No shows will result in a full charge for that session.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP DURING INITIAL TERM:
**You may cancel this agreement during the initial term of your membership upon the following conditions: Your death or permanent physical disability, or if you move out more than an hour away. Written notice must be given at least 30 days in advance to avoid additional charges to your account.
**Contracted membership services will be forfeited at time of cancellation effective date.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP DURING AUTO RENEW TERM:
**After the initial subscription term (12 or 6 months depending on package selected), you may cancel at any time. All cancellations require 30 days written notice or email and are effective within 10 business days after the 30 day notice period. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
**Pre-paid membership services have no cash value, are non-transferable, and services expire 12 months from date of purchase according to agreed terms. We reserve the right to terminate or deny re-enrollment for an indeterminate amount of time if you have an unsatisfactory payment history.
**If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a $35 insufficient funds fee. We will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.
Termination:
**To cancel this membership prior to the end of the contract, a $100 termination fee is required. All requests for membership cancellation must be submitted to management at least 10 days in advance. Once we have received and completed your request and $100 cancellation fee, the next scheduled monthly charge and all those that were to follow, will be cancelled. Membership will be valid until, but not on, the date of the first cancelled payment; after that date, all member benefits, including unused accrued services, will also be cancelled.
