Step 1: Book a FIRST VISIT Medical appointment at least 2 weeks ahead of your desired appointment date at https://caringportland.janeapp.com/email
Step 2. Complete the intake form and the insurance information form found in your profile at https://caringportland.janeapp.com/. If you do not see the forms, double check that you selected FIRST VISIT appointment type. Contact Julie to adjust the appointment type or have the forms emailed to you.
Step 3: Wait for confirmation of your benefits from our office. I strive to confirm insurance details within a few days, however I ask for 2 weeks just in case something blocks my ability to confirm.
Step 4: Upon positive confirmation, we can proceed with your appointment. If confirmation is not possible before 48 hours before the appointment, then your appointment will be cancelled or bumped to a later date so details can be ironed out. If you do not provide information necessary to confirm benefits within 7 days of booking your appointment, your appointment will risk termination. Please make every effort to share your information ASAP.

Medical Massage is billed to insurance as a Delayed Payment at non-discounted ‘time of service’ rates.
Appointments that are No-Call/No-Show will be charged the full 100% regular “time of service” rates. Cancellation or reschedule within the 24 hours before the appointment will incur the late fee of the full 100% regular “time of service” rates.
