We look forward to providing ethical therapeutic massage treatments for you. Please arrive a little early to check in, and be ready to share what techniques have worked well for you in the past.
We can offer customized sessions focused on any particular issues you may be experiencing, and brings skills in Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Bodywork, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and energetic modalities.
If this is your first massage ever, no worries. You can wear clothing or dress down to your comfort level. Sheet and blanket will be used to provide comfort and to drape private areas. Be sure to let me know if want more or less pressure at any point during the treatment. If you have thoughts or suggestions, they are welcome.
